For more than 15 years, Antonina Bodywork has provided structural-style, deep tissue bodywork to help people move with freedom. She works with people as they recover from—and prepare for—joint replacement and surgery, as well as go through the rehabilitation process from injury.
She works with the understanding that the fascial, muscular, and skeletal structures are intertwined in the creation of pain and tension in our bodies. Thus, lasting relief from pain-causing compensatory patterns happens best when this interweaving is taken into account during treatment.
