Tuesday: 1:00pm to 6:30pm
Friday: 1:00pm to 6:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Appointments are sometimes available within 24 hours if a last-minute cancellation occurs.

Rates
75 minute session: $165
90 minute session: $195
Please give 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.
This allows the appointment to be filled by another person needing relief.
Please read, and keep in mind, the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
24-hour cancellation notice is required or the full cost of the session is charged for a missed appointment. Exceptions are emergencies and illness.
Intake Form
The intake form is an Adobe Acrobat PDF form. If you are able to complete it before your visit, we can start your session as soon as you walk in the door.
If filling the form out on your computer, please note that information will not be saved if entered via your browser window. The form must be downloaded to your computer and then opened before information is entered.
If you enter information via the browser window, you will (unfortunately) have to re-enter it since I will receive a blank form.
